Studio 6 Fitness

Located in Dallas, Studio 6 Fitness is a group fitness studio combining Pilates and strength training. Classes use specialized machines for 50-minute, full-body workouts focused on core conditioning. Sessions incorporate six principles: core, strength, balance, flexibility, endurance and spirit. Instructors guide participants through exercise sequences, explain class layouts and offer cues on form and positioning. Adaptations and added challenges let participants adjust movements to their abilities. Classes are delivered in a studio setting. The business also provides a mobile app for booking, purchasing and managing classes. Its approach brings Pilates and strength work together in one machine-based session, with an emphasis on whole-body conditioning and building core strength.
