Policies must identify the organization and explain relevant privacy, payment, cancellation, refund, return, delivery, complaint, or service terms.

View Full CriterionExperience claimed on the profile must be relevant to the stated services and described accurately. Reedleys does not require a fixed number of years for every profession; relevance, recency, responsibility, and verifiability are assessed proportionately.

Apply for RecognitionHow the Reedleys Recognition Standards work.
They are the structured criteria used to assess organizations and professionals applying for Reedleys Recognized status.
No. Organizations and professionals are assessed under separate standards designed for their profile type, while both use the same Reedleys rating scale.
Reedleys may review profile information, public records, policies, qualifications, licenses, reputation signals, and other evidence relevant to the applicable criteria. How each of these is verified, and what evidence is accepted, is set out in our Identity and Evidence Verification Policy.
All applicable criteria contribute to the assessment, but some may not apply to every organization or profession. Higher ratings require stronger and more consistent evidence across the standard.
Each applicable criterion is reviewed against defined requirements and may be recorded as Meets, Partially Meets, Does Not Meet, or Not Applicable. The full decision method is described in our Assessment and Recognition Decision-Making Policy, and an adverse decision can be challenged under the Appeals Policy.
Yes. Reedleys may update the standards to reflect changes in technology, business practices, professional expectations, and available verification methods. How updates are versioned and applied is set out in our Standard Update Policy, and how an existing recognition is monitored or reassessed is covered by the Recognition Status Policy.
