What is Reedleys Recognized?

Reedleys Recognized is a status showing that an organization or professional has successfully passed an assessment against the applicable Reedleys Recognition Standard.

How does the assessment work?

Reedleys reviews applicable profile information, submitted answers, verifiable information, and supporting evidence where needed before making a Recognition decision. The full method is set out in our Assessment and Recognition Decision-Making Policy.

Do all criteria have to apply?

No. Requirements are applied according to the applicant's profile type, activities, profession, operating model, jurisdiction, and other relevant circumstances, as described in our Recognition Standards.

What if improvements are needed?

If a limited issue can reasonably be corrected, Reedleys may identify the required improvement and allow updated information to be submitted for review. How this works, and how decisions can be challenged, is covered by our Assessment and Recognition Decision-Making Policy and Appeals Policy.

Can Recognized status be purchased?

No. Payment provides access to the assessment process or related plan features; it does not guarantee a successful Recognition outcome. Our Impartiality, Conflicts of Interest and Ethics Policy explains how commercial arrangements are kept separate from assessment outcomes.

Is Recognition the same as a customer rating?

No. Recognition is based on an assessment against Reedleys standards. Customer ratings are based on customer reviews and use a separate 1-5 star scale.
