The data

Reedleys is one worldwide directory of organisations and individual professionals. Each record is filed under a category and specialism, placed by country and city, and carries Reedleys Recognition and verification status where it has been awarded.

Structured data and AI

You do not need to wait for the API to consume Reedleys. Every page is server-rendered with schema.org JSON-LD - Organisation and Person for profiles, BreadcrumbList for navigation, and ItemList for directory and category pages. Answer engines, crawlers and agents can read entities directly from the markup.

Licensing and attribution

Listing content is offered under our Platform Terms. Review them before reusing any Reedleys data.
Geographic data (countries and cities) is from GeoNames under the Creative Commons Attribution licence (CC BY). Any product that surfaces this data must credit GeoNames.
Photography is licensed from its source (for example Pexels) for use on Reedleys. It is not redistributable on its own.

Is there a public API right now?

Not yet. The Reedleys directory API is in private preview. You can request early access below and we will contact you when developer keys open. In the meantime the whole directory is already crawlable and every listing page ships structured data you can consume.

What data does Reedleys hold?

A worldwide directory of organisations and individual professionals, each filed under two taxonomies (companies and professionals), placed by country and city, and carrying Reedleys Recognition and verification status where awarded.

Can I reuse Reedleys data on my own site?

Listing content is offered under the Platform Terms. Geographic data is from GeoNames under CC BY, so any product that surfaces our city and country data must credit GeoNames. Photography is licensed from its source (for example Pexels) and is never re-distributable on its own.

How should I cite a Reedleys recognition?

Link to the listing profile or to its /verify/ record. Recognition status is authoritative only on Reedleys, so a live link keeps it accurate if status later changes.

Do you support AI agents and LLM consumers?

Yes. Pages are server-rendered with schema.org JSON-LD (Organisation, Person, BreadcrumbList, ItemList), so agents and answer engines can parse entities without a private API.
