BFT Forest Lake

In Arlington, BFT is a gym offering coach-led group strength training for people at different fitness levels. Its progressive programming includes 14 class types, with sessions led by two to three coaches. Classes run for 50 minutes and rotate through cardio, strength, functional training, and core stability, with programming designed to build from one workout to the next. Coaches provide guidance and motivation during group sessions, including technique support and alternative exercises when needed. Members can monitor progress through a heart rate monitoring system. The studio follows the same workout each day as part of its progression program, while class formats vary across the schedule. Training is delivered in a group setting with individual coaching support.
