Deep-Water Pier
40 berths with shore-side water and electrical service.
Richmond County Yacht Club is a family-oriented yacht club established in 1923 on Staten Island's South Shore, along Great Kills Harbor. It promotes boating and provides a social setting for members. The club has a deep-water pier with 40 berths, shore-side water and electrical service, and storage for small boats including Sunfish, kayaks, and auxiliary dinghies. An electric hoist supports launching upland-stored boats, while scheduled tender service operates from May through October for moored boats. The club also has equipment for hauling and placing moorings. Its junior sailing program teaches children during the summer. The clubhouse and deck host activities throughout the year, including summer deck parties and winter parties. Visitors may reserve a mooring in advance through Dockwa.
