Corazon De Valor y Fortaleza/heart of courage and strength

Based in Chicago, Corazón de Valor y Fortaleza is a community and social services organization providing holistic support for children, youth, and families in a culturally sensitive environment. Its youth programs offer tutoring, mentoring, academic preparation, college and employment readiness, leadership development, cultural activities, and community involvement through after-school and youth center settings.
