Spectra Gymnastics

Spectra Gymnastics is an inclusive gymnastics facility. It serves neurodivergent children, teens, and adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities through preschool, gymnastics, ninja, and therapy programs. Gymnastics and movement activities support social-emotional development, communication, engagement, and motor skills. Programs include therapeutic and recreational approaches, with group classes that give participants opportunities to practice social communication with peers. The facility also offers camps, birthday parties, drop-in play, and private gym rentals. Its special needs preschool includes school readiness skills, while ABA therapy is another service. Families can begin with an evaluation for preschool, gymnastics or ninja, ABA therapy, or speech therapy. Spectra works with families' therapy teams upon request and incorporates adaptive teaching techniques, routines, and consistent cohorts.
