About Curves
Curves offers a 30-minute strength training circuit that members can join at any station. The workout alternates strength training, cardiovascular exercise, stretching, and recovery, with a coach guiding and motivating participants. It is designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. Coaches provide one-on-one guidance during workouts, along with monthly personal coaching sessions and goal check-ins to help members stay on track. The program supports goals such as weight loss and increased endurance, and members can visit as often as they like; the site says three workouts a week is sufficient. Curves is a women's health and fitness club run by local owners, with a focus on a supportive member community. Monthly challenges are also part of the member experience.
