Hollow Spirits Distillery

Grain-to-glass spirits made with New Mexico red corn are distilled in Albuquerque's historic Wells Park area. Hollow Spirits Distillery produces bourbon, whisky, agave spirits, vodka, rum, gin, and other local spirits, with bottles available to order. Its Heights location combines a restaurant and pour room, where specialty cocktails are made with house-distilled spirits, hand-squeezed juices, and seasonal ingredients. Mocktails are also offered. The business operates a second location downtown, an event center with multiple spaces for gatherings and celebrations. Event bookings can include custom cocktails and catering, with arrangements tailored to the occasion. Hollow Spirits also hosts events, including salsa dancing.
