Transformative Justice Coalition

Community education and civic engagement are central to the organization's work. It runs Get Out the Vote initiatives, voter education programs, voter mobilization events, and voting rights training for Gen Z in Washington, DC. The Transformative Justice Coalition is a national, nonpartisan nonprofit that advances racial justice and works to protect voting rights, with a focus on underserved communities. Its initiatives include grassroots voter organizing and partnerships, as well as leadership development to help young people participate in the democratic process. The organization also supports community-led activities such as the Good Trouble Lives On Weekend of Action, which brings groups and individuals together to organize, educate, and register voters. Based in Washington, it works on civic engagement and public education nationally and abroad.
