Colorful Sunburst Preschool and Daycare

Infant care through preschool is provided at this full-time childcare center, which enrolls infants from 3 months of age. Programs serve infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, with structured and unstructured activities and year-round use of outdoor play areas. Children receive two hot meals and one snack each day; the center can also work with families on food allergy plans. Infant families provide breastmilk or formula for bottle-fed babies, while prepared solids are available as infants become ready. The center operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 6 pm and serves the Pelham, New Rochelle, Mount Vernon, and Bronx communities. It was established in 2014 by Elena and Louis, and owners and staff are present on site.
