Helping Hands for Single Moms

A Phoenix nonprofit community service organization. Helping Hands for Single Moms assists low-income single-mother families while mothers pursue post-secondary education, financial independence, and a positive family legacy. Its Single Mom College Community provides a supportive network where single mothers work together and empower one another. The organization also operates a scholarship program for single mom college students, with 55 participants graduating in 2025. Community events include Holiday Happiness and Eddie Johnson & Friends gatherings, which raise funds and awareness for single mothers attending college while raising children.
