Mujeres Latinas En Accion

Mujeres Latinas en Acción provides bilingual, culturally grounded community services for Latina survivors, families, and aspiring leaders in Chicago. Its domestic violence program offers counseling, legal support, and safety planning in English and Spanish, while the sexual violence program supports survivors and works to prevent violence. Parent Support focuses on family and parent-child relationships. Supervised visitation and safe exchange services help children maintain relationships with visiting parents in a neutral setting. Spanish-language business training helps women start or expand small businesses. Community engagement programs address economic justice, immigrant justice, gender-based violence, and women's health. The organization also operates the Maria Mangual Center for participants in its survivor support programs.
