Fidget

Fidget is a performing arts organization. Founded in 2008, it creates and performs experimental works combining music and dance, with live performance, sound, and visual design. The organization also operates Fidget Space, an experimental performance venue in Kensington, Philadelphia, which opened in 2009. Fidget provides education, space, production support, employment, and internship opportunities for local artists, while offering research and discussion around historical, political, and philosophical perspectives on art. The space is available for rentals, including rehearsals, online classes, book club meetings, personal movement practice, creative brainstorming, and scriptwriting workshops. Fidget's original works have toured throughout the United States and internationally.
