Coordinated case managemen
Case managers support Camp Fire survivor recovery.
Coordinated case management is one way the Camp Fire Collaborative supports recovery. The Paradise-based coalition brings together nearly 100 nonprofit, private, and public organizations to address unmet needs among Camp Fire survivors throughout Butte County. It works to identify long-term recovery issues and develop shared strategies and solutions. Services continue to expand through a coordinated team of case managers. The Collaborative also provides survivor resources and frequently asked questions, and it shares a housing study on the fire's effects on regional housing conditions. Its work centers on collaboration, community action, and policy advocacy to support recovery across the region. The Camp Fire occurred on November 8, 2018, and reshaped the communities and recovery needs the coalition serves.
