Asian Media Access

Community media arts education is the core offering. Programs include multimedia education, exhibitions, production, and technology, using creative approaches to address issues affecting Asian American and Pacific Islander communities. E-Magaine and SankofaPOWER focus on generative AI for writing, image and audio/video production, and data visualization, with content distributed through social media, websites, and other digital platforms. The Center for Wellness Technology integrates traditional healing practices with telehealth systems, virtual reality calming room designs, and culturally informed wearable devices. Community organizing is another part of the work. The nonprofit is based in Minneapolis.
