Portico Healthnet

Health care enrollment assistance and system navigation are the core services offered by Portico Healthnet. The organization helps uninsured individuals and families access affordable coverage and care through free, personalized guidance from certified MNsure Navigators. Staff assist with insurance applications, enrollment, health coverage questions, and finding a path through the health care system. Portico also trains MNsure Navigators to help families identify affordable health insurance options. Founded in 1995, Portico has helped more than 50,000 uninsured children, families, and adults overcome barriers to health coverage and services.
