Vision Keepers LLC

In Jacksonville's Brentwood neighborhood, 2nd Mile Ministries is a Christian community development organization. It supports community-led leadership development, partnering with neighborhood leaders to help develop leaders from within the community. Community engagement focuses on equipping, empowering, and supporting Brentwood residents. The organization also offers virtual programming for seniors three days per week, with activities centered on community connection and support. Its Home Campaign is working toward a building purchase and renovation; the first phase of the purchase is complete. The Plank Project gives participants an opportunity to have a name or family name inscribed on a wooden mosaic planned for the completed building. 2nd Mile's office and program address is at North Pearl Street Baptist Church on North Pearl Street.
