About Mac Galleries
Mac Galleries is a family-run art gallery in Detroit offering original artwork, custom framing, art installation, design consultations, and digital art. Its collection includes paintings, drawings, prints, photography, and sculpture from established and emerging artists across the country and Detroit. Visitors can arrange consultations to select artwork for homes, offices, or public spaces, with assistance creating a home gallery and placing pieces on the wall. Custom framing covers artwork, photographs, keepsakes, family portraits, and diplomas, using acid-free mats, UV-protective glass, and wood or metal frames. Specialties include museum and conservation-grade framing, decorative framing, and creative mat designs with special shapes, corner designs, French lines, cutouts, drawing, and embossing.
