Ohio Education Research Center

Research services address education practice and policy from preschool through the workforce. The center studies programs and outcomes, including Ohio's Reemployment Services and Eligibility Assessment, using a randomized controlled trial to measure effects on benefit duration, reemployment, and earnings. It also supports the collection and submission of graduate records for analysis of employment and earnings by degree level, major, and institution. Policy-focused projects include work on a National Secure Data Service framework. The center collaborates on resources such as Ohio's Evidence-Based Clearinghouse and the Ohio Registry for Prevention and Early Intervention, which helps decision-makers identify practices aligned with community needs and evidence standards.
