Midway Baseball and Softball Association

Established in 1971, Midway Baseball and Softball Association provides baseball and softball programs for children ages 4-18 in Chicago's South Side. The nonprofit, volunteer-based organization offers competitive and noncompetitive league play, along with player camps and clinics that develop baseball and softball skills. Fall ball registration is available for both baseball and softball, and the association also coordinates games, player drafts, and seasonal events. Its activities bring together athletes, coaches, parents, and volunteers while teaching lessons on and off the field. MBSA also seeks umpires, sponsors, members, and other community support for its youth programs.
