About Gus Giordano Dance School

The school provides dance instruction for students from age 2 through professional dancers. Its training follows Gus Giordano's philosophy that jazz dancers need a strong foundation in ballet, tap, jazz, and modern dance, with programs for different ages and skill levels. Children and adults can study multiple dance styles at the original Gus Giordano Dance School in Chicago. Jazz is a central specialty, reflecting the school's origins in Gus Giordano's work to share the form. The school continues the family's dance education legacy under Executive Director Amy Paul Giordano. Classes serve dancers at varied stages, from young beginners to professionals.
