The Carlton Center

A counseling and mental health center. The Carlton Center provides evidence-based therapy for individuals, couples, families, youth, and teens in Carol Stream and throughout DuPage County. Services include cognitive behavioral therapy, counseling for anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, anger management, life transitions, and faith-based care by request. Couples counseling, family counseling, divorce recovery, parenting coaching, premarital counseling, sex therapy, and women's issues are also available. Sessions are offered in person or through telehealth. The process includes therapist matching, insurance verification, secure intake forms, and a 50-55 minute first session to establish goals and a treatment plan. The center is a not-for-profit, faith-based organization serving youth and families, including Spanish-speaking neighbors. Appointments are available at 610 E. North Ave. in Carol Stream.
