Hand-cut sushi, don bowls, and onigiri are prepared fresh each morning at this sushi counter. Fish is portioned by hand, rice is seasoned in-house, and boxes, bowls, and rolls are made to order. Guests can mix and match sushi boxes, choose chirashi and other don bowls, or order platters for groups and celebrations. The menu also includes nigiri, sashimi, Japanese curry rice, inari, appetizers, desserts, and Japanese drinks and teas. Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options are offered. Pickup, delivery, and catering are available. The counter is located on Lafayette Avenue in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
