A two-year, full-time teaching and leadership opportunity is offered through the Teach For America corps. The organization also runs TFA Ignite, a part-time, paid virtual tutoring program for current college students. Teach For America is a national leadership development network focused on expanding students' access to opportunity and excellent education. Participants receive coaching, training, and community as they teach and develop their leadership skills. The organization describes its network as including more than 72,000 leaders, many of whom began in classrooms and continue working toward educational opportunity for children. Its programs connect participants with students and communities, while events and resources offer additional ways to explore education careers and learn from alumni.
