Age-specific boxes
Four versions serve children from infancy through kindergarten.
Bedtime in a Box provides families with materials and tools to build a consistent, educational bedtime routine. Each age-specific Box includes four books, pajamas, a stuffed animal, bath supplies, dental care items, an alarm clock, a learning kit, and a routine log. Boxes are available for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and kindergarten-age children. The program works with schools, early childhood centers, Head Start programs, hospitals, clinics, home visiting programs, and government agencies to distribute Boxes to low-income families. Partner organizations can integrate them into existing programs or use them alongside parent education. Boxes have also been distributed through playgroups, school classes, after-school sessions, and well-child visits. The organization serves families in Baltimore and focuses on supporting early literacy, home learning, and healthy sleep routines.
