Affordable housing and community programs are the core offerings. Foundation Communities operates 28 affordable housing communities for families and single adults, alongside free after-school and summer programs, English as a Second Language classes, and a College Hub. Prosper Centers provide free income tax preparation and one-on-one financial coaching. Health programs include access to health care, health food pantries, health insurance enrollment, and healthy living initiatives. Programs are supported in part by volunteers. The organization also describes investments in green building initiatives intended to reduce operating costs and residents' utility bills. Its services support residents and the wider community in Austin.
