Cornerstone Community Outreach

Provides year-round shelter in Uptown, Chicago, for single women, single men, intact families, and single-parent or guardian families experiencing homelessness. Residents receive casework and tailored support from case managers to help them move into homes of their own. On-site resources include three meals daily, a food pantry, and a free store with donated clothing, baby items, household goods, toys, and other supplies. The organization also offers volunteer opportunities for events, projects, and programs, and accepts donations of goods or finances. Its shelter programs include Naomi, Hannah, and Sylvia, serving different household groups. Cornerstone Community Outreach is an Illinois nonprofit addressing homelessness in Chicago.
