Spire's rooftop terrace overlooks downtown Washington, DC, and the Capitol. The event venue in the NoMa neighborhood offers spaces for corporate meetings, weddings, parties, and other gatherings. Rooms include a boardroom for up to 61 people, an auditorium for up to 150, and a reception hall for up to 110. There is also a garden for smaller gatherings and a green room for speakers or team members to prepare. Events include support from an events manager for logistics and details. The venue provides audiovisual services such as teleconferencing, multimedia displays, projection, and microphones. Its catering kitchen is equipped with industrial refrigeration and warming ovens for event catering. Spire holds LEED Platinum status and is near Union Station and the NoMa-Gallaudet Metro.
