Physical therapy and rehabilitation services address injuries, pain, and recovery needs. Care includes treatment for motor vehicle and work-related injuries, SI joint injuries, sports and personal injuries, shoulder and knee pain, chronic neck and back pain, and upper extremity and hand rehabilitation. Referrals begin with a phone call, and appointments are scheduled upon referral or receipt of a physician order.
