Alliance Jiu Jitsu Upland

In Upland, Alliance Jiu Jitsu Upland is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu academy with programs for kids, teens and adults. New students can start with an introductory class, while beginner sessions build foundational skills and include self-defense. Intermediate and advanced classes develop technique, positional transitions and combinations, with positional training and sparring. Drills are used in beginner classes. There is also a NoGi class focused on grappling techniques and movements without a Gi. Private classes are tailored to individual needs and limitations. Programs for children and teens use age-appropriate language and activities to develop combative sports skills, physical and motor abilities, behavior, and ethical principles. The academy invites prospective students to schedule a trial class.
