Bronx River Alliance

An environmental and conservation organization focused on the Bronx River. The Bronx River Alliance supports community-driven restoration work and offers ways for residents to connect with the river through volunteering, paddling, and educational activities. Its work includes ecology resources, river water quality data, and events related to parks, trails, and the local food forest. River House, located alongside the river in Starlight Park, serves as the Alliance's environmental learning laboratory and operations home. The organization also shares information about proposed projects affecting the river, including the Cross Bronx 5 Bridges Project, and invites community members to report river problems. Its calendar features public programs, workshops, and community events.
