Love Changing The World, INC.

Community outreach provides food, clothing, and care to unhoused neighbors, low-income families, and people in foster care. Programs include food delivery, clothing distributions, gift bags and backpacks, sleeping bags, and seasonal toy drives. Support for families includes coaching, health and wellness coaching, and services for pregnant teens with toddlers. The organization also connects people with disability resources, ADA referrals, social workers, and mental health resources. Spiritual care includes Bible studies, prayer requests, counseling, and coaching. It serves downtown San Jose, nearby communities, parks, and other locations frequented by unhoused people, with community partners across the Northern California Bay Area. Volunteers can help pack and deliver food, sort clothing, and support outreach events and drives.
