Joy & Laughter Developmental Therapy

Pediatric occupational, physical, speech, and feeding therapy supports children from birth through age 12. Care is play-based and neurodiversity-affirming. Occupational therapy addresses everyday activities such as play, learning, problem-solving, and dressing, as well as sensory processing and self-regulation. Speech therapy works on speaking clearly, understanding language, and expressing thoughts. Physical therapy focuses on movement milestones, strength, and flexibility. Feeding therapy supports nursing, chewing, swallowing, and self-feeding, along with sensory experiences and exploring new foods. The team offers a free online developmental screening for children from birth through age six, and a free consultation. The practice has provided pediatric therapy since 2012 and serves families in San Jose and neighboring communities.
