Nutrition counseling and medical nutrition therapy are offered to children, adolescents and adults. Registered dietitians provide personalized counseling and education, assessing, educating and treating clients with science-based techniques tailored to individual needs. Sessions are available in the office, by telehealth or at home. Services include general nutrition assessments and extended support for chronic health conditions, with expertise in eating disorders, sports nutrition, pediatric and family nutrition, weight management, gastrointestinal disorders, intuitive eating and general wellness. Testing includes indirect calorimetry to measure resting metabolic rate and bioelectrical impedance testing to assess body composition, including lean body mass and fat. Testing is available at the San Francisco office.
