Therapeutic Center for Anxiety and Trauma

Individual and family therapy is the core service, with care focused especially on anxiety and trauma. The outpatient, non-intensive center offers couples and family therapy, EMDR and somatic therapy, brief therapy, support and process groups, and workshops. Clinicians work with concerns including anxiety disorders, PTSD, OCD, panic, grief, depression, life transitions, relationship and family issues, and behavioral challenges in children. The center can also coordinate referrals for people who need inpatient, residential, or intensive outpatient care and provide after-care coordination following those programs. It serves clients in San Diego County, with locations in Banker's Hill and Escondido.
