Climate Action Campaign

Founded in 2014 to protect San Diego's Climate Action Plan, Climate Action Campaign is a grassroots organization focused on climate action, equity, and justice. It campaigns for clean air and clean energy, and works to address utility costs through efforts to fix what it describes as a rigged system and stop monopoly utilities from overcharging customers. The organization also promotes healthier school environments through its Switch on Success campaign, which aims to reduce polluted air in schools. Its work includes organizing, rallies, and engagement with decision-makers at city halls and in Sacramento. Supporters can take action by signing, sharing, or speaking out on urgent issues, while donations support its work on the ground.
