Texas Organ Sharing Alliance

Founded in 1975, it is a federally designated organ procurement organization and a private nonprofit. Its work includes serving donor families, transplant recipients, hospital partners, and communities. The organization also provides support for families who have lost a loved one and information about how donation works. TOSA is becoming part of Gift of Life Alliance, which will continue serving its partners and communities across a broader region. Its corporate office is in San Antonio, with regional offices in Austin and McAllen. The organization serves Central and South Texas.
