St Pauls Community Center

Sunday worship is the core offering, with services held at St. Paul's Community Center and streamed online. The congregation describes itself as a progressive Christian church focused on worship, discipleship, and community ministry. Its ministries include different areas of congregational and community activity, and an event calendar shares upcoming events. The church also provides access to current and past sermons through its online platforms. St. Paul's traces its history to 1883, when two North Philadelphia residents sought a church closer to home. The community center is located on Wallace Street in Philadelphia. The church is led by Reverend Leslie D. Callahan, whose background includes pastoral ministry, teaching, and religious scholarship.
