Lancaster Avenue 21st Century Business Association

Based in West Philadelphia, the Lancaster Avenue 21st Century Business Association is a nonprofit community development corporation and business association serving more than 20 blocks along Lancaster Avenue, as well as businesses citywide. It provides small businesses with training, technical assistance, and access to resources, including programs for business growth, capital access, mentorship, and networking. Support is available to both new and established businesses, including Main Street and home-based enterprises. The association also works as a Registered Community Organization, engaging residents and businesses in zoning, land use, and community development matters along and around the corridor. Its activities include business showcases and retail incubation, with one-on-one coaching and leadership development offered through specific initiatives. Its work connects business support with development of the Lancaster Avenue corridor and Philadelphia.
