MAMO Gallery

In Omaha's Benson Creative District, BFF Omaha is a nonprofit arts organization that develops community programming, education, and creative placemaking. Its year-round Benson First Fridays bring galleries, storefronts, bars, and community spaces together to host creative programming, including opportunities for artists and musicians to share their work. Artist-led classes and workshops are offered year-round for youth, adults, and older adults, with hands-on learning and free or pay-what-you-can access. The organization also supports artists through paid opportunities, accessible space, and pathways to sell, show, and perform. Neighborhood projects include public art, cleanups, beautification, and small-scale infrastructure improvements. BFF Omaha grew from a monthly art walk founded in 2012 and became a nonprofit in 2015.
