MCAB provides comprehensive vision services for Montgomery County residents who are blind or visually impaired. Services help people prevent, prepare for, and adapt to vision loss while building independence in daily life. Each qualifying client receives a personalized plan based on individual goals, strengths, and abilities. Programs support people at every stage of vision loss, from low vision to complete blindness, and include education, support, advocacy, and blindness-prevention education and screening programs. MCAB also provides employment-related support, including mobility instruction, public transportation setup, and workplace accommodations. Founded in 1945, the nonprofit serves local individuals of all ages. Its office is at 25 E. Marshall St., 3rd Floor, Norristown, Pennsylvania.
