About Send The Light
Based in Nashville, Send The Light is a Christian community and social services organization that raises funds for outreach in India and across the 10/40 Window. It supports efforts to share the Gospel, train local Christians to translate the Bible, and encourage students at a Bible college and preachers in the field. Its work also includes support for orphans and widows, free medical services, and safe drinking water. The organization began after its founder visited missionary work in Chennai in 2009, then expanded its focus beyond India to North Africa, the Middle East, and the Philippines. Send The Light works with partners and directs donations toward these religious and community support efforts.
