The menu includes Vegan Serv made with non-animal products. The concept grew from chef Jeremy Barlow's experiments with the contrast of crispy, salty fries and creamy, sweet ice cream. Fryce Cream developed from a successful pop-up into a working kitchen where Barlow continues to test spice combinations, recipes, and creative menus. The shop is in Nashville's 12 South neighborhood, adjacent to Sevier Park.
