About SoBe Cats
Community cat support is the core service offered by this volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit. SoBe Cats partners with the City of Miami Beach to help manage the homeless community cat population through adoption, Trap Neuter Vaccinate Return (TNVR), and a Registered Feeder Program. Friendly, adoptable cats and kittens receive quarantine care, vaccinations, deworming, flea medication, spay or neuter surgery, and microchipping before placement through the Kitty Campus Adoption Program. For cats remaining outdoors, the organization connects residents with volunteer trappers, provides trap loans, and offers training and education about free or low-cost TNVR options. Registered feeders receive guidance on feeding, fresh water, identifying cats that need treatment, and proper TNVR procedures. Services are provided in Miami Beach.
