Craft cocktails
An original cocktail menu in Chinatown.
Craft cocktails have been served in Chinatown since the 1930s. General Lee's carries the name of Man Jen Low, a Chinese restaurant that fed Los Angeles from 1890 and moved to its Chinatown corner in 1937. It is one of two bars connected by that family history. The other is the Bamboo Room, a tiki escape in Mid City that began as a one-night General Lee's party before becoming a permanent bar. General Lee's offers an original cocktail menu in an atmosphere designed for an evening out, with a door open to everyone.
