The principal-in-charge serves as the client's point of contact and designs and documents each project, using building information modeling. Specialties include custom single-family homes, additions, major remodels, accessory dwelling units, multifamily housing of up to 30 units, and commercial offices and interiors, including production studios. Projects are considered in Los Angeles and across Southern California, throughout California, and beyond. Work also includes mixed-use buildings, townhomes, tenant improvements, and new construction.
