Ward Jewell Architect, AIA

Based in Los Angeles, Ward Jewell Architect, AIA is an architecture practice focused on custom homes and residential renovations. Ward personally designs each commission, working with clients as well as interior and landscape designers. His work ranges from conceiving new residences to adding to existing homes. The design process considers how a house sits on its property, along with interior architecture, materials, fixtures, finishes, and hardscape. Ward researches historical styles, materials, architects, and building techniques to inform each project. Detailed drawings guide construction, and Ward provides site observation throughout the build, coordinating with trades and checking that the home follows the plans. He studied fine arts at USC and modern architecture at SCI-Arc, with experience working on homes by Paul Williams, Roland Coate, and Gerard Colcord.
