Dave Stroud Vocal Studio

In Los Angeles, Dave Stroud Vocal Studio is a specialty school focused on vocal instruction and coaching. The studio offers one-on-one voice sessions tailored to each singer's voice and stage of development, with guidance on vocal technique, artistic expression, and performance. Sessions are recorded so students can use the recordings for regular practice between lessons; the studio recommends working on the assigned exercises twice daily. Coaching also addresses stage presence and the psychology of singing, including staying focused and managing stage fright or adrenaline. Dave Stroud also travels with groups and bands and has taught master-classes. The approach draws on acoustics, physiology, vocal pedagogy, and research, alongside coaching intended to develop each singer's individual artistic potential.
